How compatible is the charger with my electric vehicle (EV)?
The NACS version is specifically designed for Tesla vehicles. The J1772 version is designed for universal compatibility with all electric vehicles, including Tesla. Just keep in mind that for Tesla usage of J1772, an adapter is required.
What’s the difference between NEMA 6-50, 14-50, and Hardwired?
Home Flex Hardwired offers the fastest charge at up to 50A. NEMA 6-50 and 14-50 versions provide up to 40A and work with existing 240V wall outlets.
Do I need a licensed electrician to install my Home Flex?
Yes! Choose from our list of preferred electricians to ensure proper breaker and wire sizing and align the amperage of Home Flex with your electrical panel capacity and EV requirements.
What do I need to do after I receive my Home Flex?
Upon arrival, engage one of our licensed electricians to install your HomeFlex. After installation, download the ChargePoint app and follow the instructions there.
Where can I purchase a replacement charging cable should the need arise?
